Description
This brief serves new and emerging youth apprenticeship programs by providing guidance and visualizations on how the core components of youth apprenticeship fit together. Three youth apprenticeshp programs are mapped and the building blocks of each are described: foundations, the hiring process, related technical instruction, on-the-job learning, assessments, and credits earned.
