Description
Developed for employers hosting apprentices, an Apprentice Showcase is designed to provide a platform to showcase apprentices’ progress and current workflows to other full-time members of the organization. Employees and apprentices will participate in an interactive experience from one of the two formats; gallery walk or speed interviewing. In each of the formats, apprentices will showcase a project they are working on and share something they are currently learning. Elevating the great work apprentices are contributing to their employer is vital to build visibility and buy-in across the organization – and develop confidence for the apprentices.
