Description
This is a memorandum of understanding between CareerWise Colorado and employers who hire CareerWise youth apprentices. It covers the terms of the employer’s responsibilities to apprentices and to CareerWise, as well as CareerWise’s responsibilities to the employer. Topics covered include: hiring and onboarding processes, worksite environment for youth apprentices (mentors, schedules, training plans, etc.), working with minors, annual CareerWise fees, CareerWise-provided trainings and support for employers, and communications.
