Description

Outlined in this resource are the jobs declared hazardous occupations by the Secretary of Labor. Eighteen is the minimum age for employment in non-agricultural occupations deemed hazardous. It is important to note that limited apprentice/student-learner exemptions apply to those occupations marked with an asterisk.
