Talent Bound is an initiative that leverages the continuum of career-connected learning to ensure Indy’s youth and young adults are positioned to meet the future needs of the local economy. Beneficial for K12 partners, work-based learning coordinators, employers, and any other organization supporting in this arena, this toolkit provides an introduction to work-based learning, defines activities across the work-based learning continuum, and provides actionable explanations for how to plan, execute, and follow-up on each type of work-based learning activity.
