This webinar, hosted in collaboration with the PAYA team and Advance CTE, was a Certified Technical Education (CTE) 101 session.This webinar introduces the core purpose of CTE, how programs are designed and delivered across states, the role of federal and state policy, including Perkins V and how CTE connects to youth apprenticeship systems. Attendees will leave with foundational knowledge they can use to strengthen cross-agency collaboration and advance high-quality pathways for learners.
