Description
The County Ecosystem Playbook guides ANC consultants in identifying, engaging, and learning from organizations and stakeholders involved in workforce development across North Carolina’s counties. Its main objective is to chart existing work-based learning and workforce efforts, identify best practices, and share these insights statewide to enhance apprenticeship and career pathways. The initiative aims to catalog current programs in each county, document effective practices instead of producing separate summaries, and develop a searchable contact repository via NCRAN and a future public website, highlighting registered pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, and other work-based learning initiatives.
