Description
The Community of Practice (CoP) initiative unites employers interested in registered apprenticeship programs (RAPs) to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and enhance apprenticeship opportunities across North Carolina. A CoP consists of individuals sharing a common interest who meet regularly to share ideas, address challenges, and improve results. Facilitated by ApprenticeshipNC (ANC), the CoP offers a forum for employers to discuss lessons learned, current challenges, best practices, and insights they wish they had known early on. Its main aim is to support employers in developing consistent, high-quality registered apprenticeship programs and to build a statewide network of peer support.
